Estimated Delivery Times

We always aim to pack and despatch your order as quickly as possible. Once it’s ready, we’ll send an email confirming all the details of your delivery including carrier and tracking information.

For items that are currently not in-stock, we display the estimated number of business days (Mon – Fri) that it usually takes our suppliers to deliver the item(s) to our distribution hub under normal circumstances, once they have been ordered.

Estimated lead times show the minimum number of business days before we expect to have the item available to sell from our supplier. It is important to note, especially with ongoing global supply chain challenges that are affecting all industries, that the availability for some items may take longer than the estimated lead time. We aim to deliver all items within 3-5 business days, if ordered before 5.00pm Monday to Friday.

While we endeavour to ensure that our lead times displayed are as accurate as possible, they may change frequently and without warning. If you require a more accurate lead time for an item, we recommend contacting our Customer Support team via our contact us page or by calling us on 01905 953900

We currently only deliver to the United Kingdom via our website.

General Delivery Terms

We'll do everything we can to meet the delivery times above, however, they may be affected by factors outside of our control and can't be guaranteed. We'll endeavour to let you know if we become aware of an unexpected delay.

Orders placed for large, fragile or heavy items (over 30Kg) may be subject to additional charges.

The delivery period mentioned on the Checkout page is based on an item that is in stock or readily available to order. Items that are back-ordered may be delayed, we will notify you by email within 48 working hours if your order is back-ordered.

We believe in being open with our shipping fees. Below is a breakdown of our costs.

Our Standard Shipping rate is £6.98 to the UK Mainland (Excluding the Scottish Highlands) *

Our Standard Highlands Shipping rate is £15.99 (Postcodes: AB36-38, AB55-56, FK17-21, IV1-99, KW0-14, PA20-40, PH15-41, PH45-99)*

Our Standard Scottish Islands Shipping rate is £19.99 (Postcodes: HS1-9, KA27-28, KW15-17, PA41-80, PH42-44, ZE1-3)*

Our Standard Isle of Man Shipping rate is £19.99*

Our Standard Jersey/Guernsey Shipping rate is £27.99*

Our Northern Ireland Standard Shipping rate is £16.99*

*A £1 fee is added per parcel to postcodes situated within the London Congestion charge. (Postcodes: W1-2, W8, W10-11, EC1-4, WC1-2, SW1, SW3, SW7, SE1, SE11, NW1, E1)

*For orders over £500, an Extended Liability fee is added to each parcel to cover the item and its contents in case any item is damaged in transit.

*A Manual Handling fee is added to items that would have a length of 1 meter or over.

*A non-conveyor belt fee is added if an item cannot be put on a conveyor belt.

*An extra fee may be applied for items such as Body Panels/ Roof Boxes and Heavy Items.

*Wheels are calculated as shipping 4 separate parcels, if only 1 wheel is purchased and our shipping calculator has charged for 4 we will refund the difference.

If you feel the calculated shipping price does not match the above prices please get in touch with us and we will investigate. If a miscalculation has occurred we will refund the difference.

Startin Group also reserves the right to adjust its delivery schedule without notice.

Whilst every reasonable effort shall be made to keep to any delivery date, time of delivery shall not be of the essence and Startin Group t shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, or expenses incurred by the customer or any other person or company

Items that are not available in the UK will take longer than 48 hours. We will inform you within 48 hours of the order if the part is on backorder.
